Optimization of geometric design parameters for a parallel plate fins heatsink of broadcast vehicle system

چکیده
This paper researches a design process of parallel plate-fins heatsink subjected to an impinging airflow in broadcast vehicle system. First, it is demonstrated theoretically that the thermal conductance between plate and air stream can be maximized by optimizing geometric parameters. Next, research studies heat transfer theory across optimize Those parameters are used three-dimensional heatsink. In next step, model simulates temperature under working conditions using computational fluid dynamics (CFD). The simulation results show maximum smaller than permitted electronic equipment given manufacturer. Then, trial manufactured for testing before moving mass production.
